Once the user has successfully logged into the POS, the system takes the user to the Time Clock screen. Using this screen the user can record his In and Out time along with Break details. This screen is only shown to those employees for whom Uses Time Clock flag is checked.

The time clock screen is displayed with the user information. The following are the details available on the Time Clock screen:

User Information
User Code	Text Box	Displays the user code of the logged in user
Name	Text Box	Displays the logged in users name as setup in the system
Job Code
Job code	Text Box	Displays the job code selected by the logged in user
Description	Text Box	Displays the description of the selected job code
Current Session
Session Start Time	Text Box	Displays the time when the current session started
Last Break Time	Text Box	Displays the time when the user had last taken a break+
Total Time	Text Box	Displays the total time since the user started the current session
Total Break Time	Text Box	Displays the total break time taken by the user during the current session
Total Working Time	Text Box	Displays the difference between the total time and the total break time for the session
Total Number of Breaks	Text Box	Displays the number of breaks taken by the user in the current session
Current Business Day
Number of Sessions	Text Box	Displays the total number of sessions during the current business day. The date of business does not change until the End of Day activity is done for the store in the Management Console.
Start Time of Business Day	Text Box	Displays the time when the end of day for the previous day got completed.
Total Time	Text Box	Displays the total time since the start time of the business day.
Total Break Time	Text Box	Displays the total break time taken by various users logged in at the POS during the business day
Total Working Time	Text Box	Displays the difference between the total time and the total break time for the business day
Total Number of Breaks	Text Box	Displays the number of breaks taken by the different users logged in at the POS during the business day
Clock In	Button	Click on the button to start the session
Break In	Button	Click on the button to start the break
Break Out	Button	Click on the button to end the break
Clock Out	Button	Click on the button to end the session
Print Session	Button	Click on the button to print the details of the current session
Print Day	Button	Click on the button to print the details of the current business day
Ok	Button	Click on OK to proceed with the Clock In activity
Cancel	Button	Click on the button to close the screen and return to the previous screen

The user needs to click on the Clock In button to start the session.

When the user clicks on the Clock In button Job Code Selection screen is displayed which allows the user to select the job code for the particular session.
